B&B with 3 floors with stairs, 4 room, 2 for four people, al rooms with private bath. There is a breakfast room and a court for sport equipment, wash dry service on request. We arrange private sail tour on lake Como for our guest.
How to get the b&b
by train
from Milan:
1 – train for TIRANO – AFTER ONE HOUR – GET OFF IN BELLANO TARTAVALLE TERME – in this case please ask us the pickup for Dervio or wait the next train for Dervio.
2 train for Lecco – after one hour – change train in Lecco and get the train for Dervio – after one hour you will be there.
2 -At the train station in Dervio get the BAR OTTO, get the stairs in front of the BAR and reach on the right side a pizzeria, turn on the right and find a small square with a fountain there is a small street Via al castello get it and after 20 metres you are at the b&B
By ferry boat in summer
1 – arrive to Bellano – in this case please ask us for the pickup for Dervio
2 – arrive to Dervio – go on the left in via della Darsena until square XI febbraio where there is the church. From there go up for via Invernizzi, cross the traffic light and rail crossing, go up for via della Liberazione and at the end of the street turn on the left and after few metres turn on the right where there is a small square with a fountain. There is a small street – via al castello – after 20 metres you will be at the B&B
By car
From Milan
– get SS36 per Lecco/Sondrio/Tirano exit DERVIO (5 km after exit Bellano), insert in the navigator this address: Via Valvarrone 1 Dervio – you arrive at the public parking area and a petshop, parking temporary the car there and get the B&B in the small street behind the pet shop where there is a small square with fountain after 20 metres you will be at the B&B
– Our parking is at the pizzeria restaurant Oasi via alla Folla, Dervio we have a partnership for our guest – please enter in the parking of pizzeria and leave your car on the right side where there is our parking area
From Malpensa follow the indication to get MI-VE – exit at Sesto San Giovanni and go to get the SS36 for Lecco/Sondrio/Tirano
From Linate follow the indication to get MI-VE – exit and get the indication get the exit for SS36 Lecco/Sondrio/Tirano
