Located in the hamlet of Guggiate, the small church, known since 845, is a three-aisled building with a protruding transept and a semi-circular apse, partially unoriginal, dating from the 12th century. The lower part of the façade is marked by a series of blind arcades, which are also present in the upper part of the apse. The bell tower with three superimposed levels of mullioned windows stands on the left side of the building. In addition to the 17th-century sculpted altar, the church contains several 17th-century paintings.
