Saint Michael’s parish church, of ancient origin, was rebuilt from scratch starting in 1667. The architectural style on the outside is extremely simple: the only ornamental part of the facade is the stone portal, which was reworked in 1857. Inside, the church houses numerous important works and frescoes, including an 11th-century Romanesque processional cross and a superb Baroque altar, carved to a design by G. B. Barberini.
