From Lecco to Imbersago follow the equipped cycle / pedestrian path of the River Adda and Lake Garlate on the left bank up to the Monastery of Lavello. The pedestrian path is equipped with rest areas, fountains and bars; after the monastery you pass on the right bank of the Adda and follow it up to Imbersago. In this section the cycle / pedestrian path departs from the inhabited centers and places of worship and only the historic center of Brivio with its characteristic castle is crossed; for the rest of the route you are always immersed in nature. The final part of the itinerary is involved in Leonardo’s Adda Ecomuseum.
